5. Betting Rules and Wagering
PlixSport offers a range of betting options, including arbitrage betting, reverse betting, and AI-powered picks. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Bets are settled based on official results. PlixSport reserves the right to monitor betting activity for irregularities.
6. Zero-Risk Betting and Reverse Betting
PlixSport's zero-risk and reverse betting features are designed to reduce risk, but they do not guarantee profits. All betting involves some level of risk. AI-generated picks are for informational purposes only.
7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could harm the platform, including hacking, fraud, collusion, or using automated systems. Any form of misconduct may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.
8. Termination and Suspension
PlixSport reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or suspicious behavior. Users may contact support to inquire about suspensions.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
PlixSport provides its platform "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. PlixSport shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
17. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC)
Users agree to comply with all AML and KYC checks that PlixSport may conduct. Failure to provide requested information may result in account suspension.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes must be filed within Nigerian jurisdiction.
1. Minimum Stake and Maximum Payout
- The minimum stake on PlixSport is $2 per bet.
- The maximum payout for any bet in a single day is $100,000.
- If PlixSport's total payout exceeds its operational limit, payouts may be adjusted proportionally.
2. Bet Validity
A bet is valid only after receiving a transaction code from PlixSport. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that bet details are correct before confirming. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or canceled.
3. Betting Structure
PlixSport does not support Combo Bets. Only one bet can be placed at a time. PlixSport offers various markets such as Correct Score, Reverse Bet, Arbitrage Bet, and Random AI Picks.
5. Market-Specific Rules
- Correct Score: Predict the exact final score. Bets are void if the match is canceled or postponed beyond 24 hours.
- PlixSport Reverse Bet: Select a team and hope the opposing team wins. If your selected team wins, you lose but your capital is fully refunded.
- Arbitrage Bet: PlixSport's AI automatically identifies and places bets across platforms for a guaranteed win.
- Random AI Picks: AI-curated daily picks that automatically place bets for 14 days. Balance is held in a betting pool and returned after 14 days with stake and winnings.
6. Postponements and Cancellations
If an event is postponed but completed by midnight (WAT) the next day, bets remain valid. Otherwise, the bets will be voided.
8. Integrity of Events
PlixSport reserves the right to void bets or withhold payments if the event's integrity is compromised (e.g., match-fixing or odds manipulation) or if irregular patterns in bet placements are detected.
9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the records on PlixSport's servers are final. Customers must notify PlixSport immediately if they notice incorrect balances or payouts.
10. Taxes and Levies
All winnings are subject to taxes or levies imposed by Nigerian/Cyprus laws. PlixSport will deduct these and remit them to the relevant authorities.
14. Restricted Bets
A maximum of three identical bets is allowed per customer/account. Any attempts to exceed this limit may result in voided bets.
Information Collection: We collect personal information including name, email, payment details, and betting activity to provide our services and comply with legal requirements.
Data Usage: Your information is used to process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, improve our services, and send important updates.
Data Protection: We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. PlixSport operates in compliance with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
